Financial FAQ's

Do You Accept Insurance?

Jones Chiropractic does not bill directly to your insurance provider. We believe in healthcare freedom and we allow you to choose if you want your healthcare information shared with insurance companies. We provide a detailed receipt upon request to submit to your insurance provider if you so choose.

Do You Accept Health Saving Accounts (HSAs) and/or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)?

Jones Chiropractic services are eligible for HSA and/or FSA cards. Supplements recommended by the doctors are eligible for HSA cards, but not typically for FSA cards. Call your HSA and/or FSA provider to verify your eligibility.

Do You Accept Medicare/Medicaid?

Jones Chiropractic chooses to opt out of Medicare/Medicaid programs. This means we have no contract with these programs. If you have Medicare/Medicaid we will gladly see you but you are responsible for the full payment. Jones Chiropractic cannot bill Medicare/Medicaid, and Medicare/Medicaid will not reimburse the patient for any of the charges. We do offer a SENIOR DISCOUNT to our patients 65 and older.

As a Medicare Patient can I Submit a Superbill to My Supplemental Insurance?

Jones Chiropractic cannot give you a Superbill to submit to a Supplemental Insurance due to us being opted out of Medicare. We do offer a SENIOR DISCOUNT to our patients 65 and older.

Do You Accept Workman's Compensation Cases?

Jones Chiropractic does not accept Workman's Compensation cases.

Do You Accept Personal Injury Cases?

Jones Chiropractic does not accept Personal Injury cases, but we will happily see you after an accident. We still ask for payment at time of service but we will happily give you the documents needed to submit to your lawyer or insurance to get reimbursement. We cannot guarantee reimbursement of any kind.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

Jones Chiropractic gladly accepts a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, personal checks, and cash.

At Jones Chiropractic, we understand that managing healthcare expenses can be challenging. That's why we offer you flexible payment plans tailored to meet your needs. Whether you prefer monthly payments or wish to save by paying for your care upfront, we're here to help you access the treatment you need while accommodating your financial preferences. Following an assessment of your first visit results and determining your game plan, we will present these options to you.

Do You Offer Family Plans?

At Jones Chiropractic, our primary goal is to actively support you and your family in taking charge of your overall health and well-being. To facilitate the adoption of a wellness lifestyle for your family that is both convenient and affordable, we are pleased to offer personalized family chiropractic plans tailored to your unique needs. These plans include discounts for care as well as additional savings for family members.

Jones Chiropractic is a self-pay clinic. We do not accept insurance, but we do accept all forms of payments including FSA/HSA payments at time of service.
