Your first appointment will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Dr. Elisha, our specialized new patient doctor, will greet you to our office for your first visit. The visit will start with a complementary health scan to gain deeper insights into your overall health. Then you will then go through a detailed history and consultation, during which Dr. Elisha will take the time to understand your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals. This will be followed by a comprehensive examination to identify the root causes of your issues and tailor a treatment plan specifically for you. Additionally, you will receive your first treatment during this visit to start you on the path to recovery.

To ensure we have all the necessary information for your care, please bring the following: any relevant image reports (for chiropractic care), lab reports, and a list of your current medications and supplements (for functional medicine). We also encourage you to bring a spouse, friend, or another support person as an accountability partner. Having an accountability partner can enhance your treatment outcomes, as we have observed that patients with support tend to achieve better results. Your partner can provide encouragement, help remember important information, and support you in following through with your treatment plan.​
