Policies and Procedures

Appointment Policy

We attempt to honor all appointments at the scheduled time. If you are late, you may be asked to wait for the next available appointment. Office visits are scheduled according to the individual and changing needs of the patient. Your condition will require multiple appointments over the next few weeks or months: more frequently as you repair and recover, and less frequently as you maintain your health and progress. We ask that each patient adheres to the appointment program, as it is designed for optimum health.

Certain times of day have become very popular and it may be more difficult to schedule your desired appointment time. We recommend that before leaving, you schedule your next visit with our front desk staff. Appointments are typically scheduled on a bi-weekly basis during your maintenance period.

If more than 12 months pass between your appointments, a $150 reactivation exam will be implemented for the extra time, HRV scan, and. If more than 36 months pass between your appointments, a $200 new patient exam will be implemented for the increased time and evaluation you will need for your treatment. If it has been over a year since your last appointment, you will be required to have a re-evaluation by the doctors, which will be an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

Time is precious – to you, to Jones Chiropractic, and to all the people we serve. As such, we require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24-hour notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation/no-show fee is 50% of the appointment price. New patient's must provide a 48-hour notice for a cancellation or their $100 deposit will be non-refundable.

This means the patient is responsible to pay for all services at the conclusion of his/her visit on the day of services with cash, personal check, or credit card. In the event of a Bad/Bounced/Rubber check, a $35 charge will be applied to the patient's account.

Jones Chiropractic does NOT accept insurance, Workman's Compensation, Personal Injury, or Medicare/Medicaid (including Supplemental Insurance). If your insurance covers chiropractic services you may submit your statement yourself using the receipt given to you following the visit which will have all the pertinent information needed.
